With views like that, it's no wonder this gorgeous Tenby apartment caught our ever-so-discerning eye. Located just a few steps from lively North Beach, you'll have the perfect vantage point from the dining table to watch the tide roll in and see the waves breaking on the shore. It's pretty spectacular, and we won't blame you if you decide to spend all your free time at this very spot, nibbling on treats from the welcome hamper and basking in the scenery. Besides the panoramas, the interior is smart, sophisticated and anything but the usual twee, beachy aesthetic. The dark blue kitchen is as well-stocked as it is sleek, the TV comes with Sky Q and Netflix for streaming, while the two bedrooms have enough space for the whole family to unpack and get cosy. When you fancy exploring, simply walk out the door and you'll be in the heart of town. Independent boutiques, charming pubs, mouthwatering eateries, historic landmarks, award-winning beaches – there's something for everyone in Tenby. No parking is available here but a car isn't necessary – if you do drive, you can pay to park in the nearby multi-storey garage but keep in mind that Tenby has restricted vehicular access during the summer months

This flat is set on the second floor and is only accessible by winding stairs – with that in mind, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility

D. Fecci and Sons is a warm and friendly restaurant that serves excellent fish and chips. The staff are amazing and funny, and they even gave us free bags of Haribo sweets as we left. It's a great place to grab a meal takeaway.
