Although Canary Wharf has a reputation for business, this neighbourhood is so much more than boardrooms and briefcases. More and more trend-setting eateries, luxury boutiques and hip bars are calling the Wharf home, and with access to the DLR, the Jubilee Line and the upcoming Elizabeth Line, transport links to the rest of London are spot-on. Add in the edgy art installations, Thames-side green spaces and residential buildings that come with all the bells and whistles and there's not much to dislike. You'll find this stylish studio in one such building. With views over the river, it's reminiscent of a trendy hotel, but that's why we love it. The layout makes the most of the small footprint, so even though it's an all-in-one living space, it feels like there are separate areas to chill out, cook and sleep. Floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balconies flood the room with light, while the contemporary and sleek finishings fit right in with ultra-cool Canary Wharf. Best of all are the amenities, including a co-working space area and a shared south-facing shared terrace where you can sip wine and watch the water. Sounds like heaven to us.

About Isle of Dogs

The Isle of Dogs has gone from a working class area with a docking industry and vibrant maritime history, to one of London’s two business nerve centres. It’s a place with thriving business, top-level jobs and an eclectic mix of accommodation choices that’s buzzing Monday to Friday 9 to 5 but then noticeably empties out on evenings and weekends. Your neighbours will almost exclusively be ambitious young professionals working in the nearby dockland business district.
