Even leaving aside the large capacity, this home is definitely geared towards family gatherings. The open-concept living-dining-kitchen area on the ground floor feels innately sociable and the addition of a foosball table is sure to see things get competitive at one point or another. Outside, the alfresco seating on the terrace is ideal for languourous summer suppers, while the hot tub is another option in which to sit around and shoot the breeze. Add to that a lawn big enough for games, and you can see where the warmer months will be spent here. That's when you're actually at the address, of course. With the wealth of distractions nearby, you might find you're away from the home more than you envisioned. The town of Cromer and its beach take no more than five minutes to reach in the car.
