Set on a hillside above the Condé Nast award-winning Cary Arms and overlooking Babbacombe Bay, this charming coastal cottage enjoys unbroken views as far as the eye can see. Set about making the most of them from the stunning outdoor terrace, from the comfort of the leather sofa in the living room, or even as you're chopping veg for dinner in the kitchen. While the bathroom and kitchen lend a clean, modern aesthetic to specific sections, period features are never far out of sight – with a stone hearth that invites you to gather around for cosy fireside evenings, plus plenty of exposed beams and antique furniture that add plenty of character to the cottage. You'll find yourself just below Babbacombe's promenade, so you can ride the funicular railway to local shops and bars. Meanwhile, the nearby sand and shingle beach offers you a secluded haven where you can make the most of long summer afternoons. In addition to the stunning seaside spa, the Cary Arms also offers locally sourced seasonal food that's sure to tempt you. Finally, for those that fancy a change of scenery, you're only a short ten-minute drive from Torquay's lively harbour.
