Unique is the word that springs to mind here, thanks to a quirky layout and some bold design choices. Anything but traditional, this cool and contemporary space is set over three floors and boasts a big surprise on its roof terrace – a private pool. Stylish, well-equipped and full of personality, we think it's somewhere you're going to find hard to leave. The order of the day here is fun. With a focus on sociable space, it's designed for a group of friends or family to really let their hair down. The main living space has vaulted ceilings and a comfy seating area, with a huge sliding door opening to the terrace. The stainless steel kitchen and metal stairs to the mezzanine bedroom are in keeping with the home's warehouse styling and there's a touch of Skandi chic to the decor. And we particularly love the bedrooms; each one is pretty and unique in its own charming way. Two are ideal for children, with secret nooks and playful touches, while one is panelled with old doors and shutters. Another features a fireplace and a Jacuzzi bathtub, and one takes up the whole mezzanine. With so much to explore, you're bound to... spend hours just getting to know this place. Set on a quiet street well away from the busy city centre, it's a nine-minute walk to the nearest Metro station and you can get to Eixample in just thirty minutes.
