In the hills above the charming fishing village of Aliki, this brand new villa has beautiful sea and sunset views. In Aliki, you’ll find a handful of restaurants and upmarket tavernas lining the seafront, traditional bakeries and two sweeps of sandy beach. And it’s just a fifteen-minute drive to Paros town to catch the ferry or simply explore a charming harbour town. The first thing you’ll notice on arrival at this villa is the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the terrace. Perhaps this is best enjoyed while soaking in the hot tub and plunge pool, or while reclining on the built-in sofas and sunbeds. Dining outdoors comes courtesy of a shaded pergola. The view continues inside, where big windows in the bright living room take in the sea panorama. It’s open-plan living, designed for socialising on plush sofas and around the big dining table. Bedrooms are soothing havens in dove-grey, dusky pink and pristine white, and each one opens up to the terrace, so you can pad barefoot straight from bed to lounger.
