Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Nestled in the Pembrokeshire countryside, this home is a cosy and modern spot for a break in this beautiful part of the country. A former farm store, recently converted with excellent attention to detail, it sits in the village of New Moat, just a ten-minute drive from the Preselli Hills. From the outside, it maintains all of its original charm and character, with stone walls and arched doors, but inside it's surprisingly stylish, with rich wood floors, all-white walls and comfy furniture. Open-plan living space makes for a sociable layout and there's a lovely new log burner with a leather armchair just made for reading in. While the summer months mean you get the best use of the little private garden – a perfect spot for a barbecue. Bring your bikes or your hiking boots for adventures in the hills, or drive just five minutes to Llys-y-Fran Lake, with its water sports, cafe and cycling routes. And you can drive to Pembrokeshire's coast in around half an hour, giving easy access to places like Fishguard, Solva and Broad Haven.

About Haverfordwest

Dominated by its 12th-century castle and the river that runs through it, Haverfordwest is a convenient base for exploring the whole of Pembrokeshire. The ancient market town throws out a network of roads and winding country lanes like an octopus, tickling its neighbours on every corner of the crinkled coastline. From here, you can be on the big sands of Broad Haven beach in 15 minutes, marvelling at the Cathedral...
