Located in a quiet spot down a cul de sac, this villa is a gorgeous island sanctuary. And, with the resort of Ixia just a few steps away and Rhodes Town within a ten-minute drive, there's still plenty to entertain you – it's the best of both worlds. The whitewashed exterior of this villa gives way to a soothing interior, with neutral tones and the occasional splash of blue. It's the kind of place where you can truly kick back, relax, and hide from the heat. Outside in the garden the air is scented by citrus trees, and there are plenty of secluded spots to hide away with a book in perfect peace. When you need some refreshment, plunge into the sparkling swimming pool, before drying off in the hammock. A 500m walk will bring you into the Ixia resort area, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and the sandy shoreline. If you fancy a dose of culture then head into Rhodes Town to see the ancient fortified city and walk through the charming cobbled streets. And, if you drive inland, then you can discover hilltop churches and wonderful little villages, many of which have hardly changed for hundreds of years.

About Ixia
A cosmopolitan resort near the town of Rhodes, Ixia offers fantastic sea views looking out towards Turkey. The beach, a mix of pebbles and sand, is a great spot for watersports, including kite surfing and jet skiing. There’s entertainment both on and off the beach here, with the town offering a range of great eateries and bars dotted along the promenade. Ixia is also close enough to Rhodes that you can hop in a cab for a day-trip or an evening out.
