Situated in highly desirable Belsize Park, this home has a fabulous North London location. It's very close to central London (two tube stops from Baker Street), while Belsize village is under a five-minute stroll, where you'll find cafes, restaurants, delis, bakeries, and independent boutiques. Hampstead Heath, on the other hand, is just over a fifteen-minute walk. For history lovers, St Peter's church is next door too. Back at this stylish home, open up the French doors to the balcony and enjoy a glass of Champagne. We love the views over the leafy gardens. Inside, relax on the mezzanine with its suspended rowing boat. Later, whip a smoothie with the blender or fill the apartment with the smell of a freshly cooked loaf from the bread maker. The kitchen here has a Quooker water system with instant sparkling, filtered and boiling water, so there's no need to buy bottled. This home is perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a place in a sought-after leafy neighbourhood, close to central London.

About Hampstead
Hampstead is pretty irresistable. It's not right in the centre of London but it's a real oasis to come back to at the end of a day of hectic sightseeing and there's plenty to explore here in its own right. Your neighbours will be a mix of affluent intellectual types: London's top psychiatrists, book publishers, writers etc. They are attracted by Hampstead's village atmosphere, vast array of characterful period houses, independent shops and restaurants and, last but by no means least, the delights of the vast green expanses of Hampstead Heath, with its much-loved wild swimming ponds.
