But don't let the antique tiles, high ceilings and vast windows fool you – this Budapest apartment may have oodles of character, but modern comforts abound. There's the sumptuous soaker tub in the main bedroom, the lavish rainfall shower in the bathroom and the high-spec kitchen, where cooking is anything but a chore.
