Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Calm, modern and centrally located in Madrid’s Salamanca neighbourhood, this apartment has everything you need to get the most out of the city’s sights in comfort. Wood floors, a blue and grey palette and contemporary furnishings set a cool scene in the open-plan living area with large, plump sofas inviting you to kick back with a glass of Spanish wine. We love the large windows here and in the bedroom that allow ample natural light to shine through, and the desk space that’s all set up to make working from home a breeze. Outside of your apartment, you’re just a twelve-minute walk from El Retiro Park, a thirteen-minute stroll from Gran Vía’s shops, while the famous Museo Nacional del Prado is twenty minutes on foot from your door.
