Just a stone’s throw from Calle de la Princesa – which feeds into Madrid’s grand and bustling Gran Vía – this modern apartment in the city’s residential Argüelles neighbourhood is all set to give you a comfortable stay with plenty of luxe touches. From its large courtyard-facing windows to its contemporary decor and open-plan layout, the living room is a sociable space that invites ample lounging. Whether you’re curled up on the sofa with a glass of Spanish wine and a good book or gathering around the long dining table for a homemade tapas feast, you’ll love spending time in this inviting room. While the bedrooms themselves are beautifully elegant, it’s their luxurious en-suites that have really got us excited. The main bedroom’s bathroom – in particular – is a vision of luxurious pampering with its dual sinks, large rainfall shower and boudoir-style striped walls. When you’re not spending time in your chic home, go for a stroll in Western Park (twelve minutes away on foot) or make a beeline for the Royal Palace of Madrid, a twenty-minute walk away. There’s plenty of shopping to enjoy along Gran Vía (a fifteen-minute walk) and Plaza de España is a twelve-minute stroll from your door.
