We love the vistas over Passeig de Gràcia from this stylish home. But it's not the only thing we adore – check out the communal rooftop terrace with its pool and views over Barcelona. It's the perfect place for a glass of Cava as the sun sets. This apartment is pretty impressive inside as well – the world-renowned interior architect, Lázaro Rosa Violán, has designed the beautiful spaces here. Think modern chandeliers, eye-catching artworks and Scandi style wood panelling. There's a communal gym, too, if you have the urge to do a workout. With so much right on your doorstep, though, you may not have time. With a privileged location right on Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's most important shopping and business areas, you'll find architectural marvels and designer boutiques from Chanel to Valentino. There are plenty of fine dining options to enjoy as well. Gaudí's masterpiece, Casa Batlló, is a mere four-minute stroll away, while La Pedrera is eight minutes on foot. Or take a five-minute saunter to La Rambla and pick up some fragrant flowers from the market stalls. It's the same walking distance to Plaza Catalunya, while La Boqueria Food Market is a twelve-minute amble from this... home.
