Set among twenty-five acres of grounds in the Devon countryside, this Victorian manor house is a real showstopper in which charming period features rub shoulders quite happily with modern amenities. Among the manicured garden, you'll find a saltwater swimming pool that's heated by solar panels, a tennis court surrounded by Rhodendrum bushes and corners with orchards and vegetable patches — not to mention a Grade II-listed grotto. If rain cancels play at any point, you can always head into the barn that's been converted into a dance-studio-come-yoga-space. In here, there's also a well-equipped gym, an infra-red sauna and a games room to keep you busy. That's before we've even got to the home itself. It's hard not to be instantly wowed by the grand dining room, double-aspect living rooms and hallway complete with a baby grand piano.
