Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
We're loving the maximalist approach to living with eccentric colours and Victorian furnishings at this sumptuous apartment in Tufnell Park, placed just a hop, skip and a jump from Hampstead Heath (fifteen minutes on foot). You'll find vintage elegance meets and modern design throughout the home, with a regal living space and a sleek chef's kitchen and dining area, which extends out to that all-too-rare of London amenities, an outside space, that’s perfect for summery group lunches. From the moment you step inside, you'll want to linger in each room, noticing all of the different antique pieces – a period fireplace here, a clawfoot armchair there – and stylish decorative details – from the vibrant artwork to the terracotta urn pots. In truth, every corner of this charming home deserves a mention, but we particularly liked the comfortable bedrooms that lean into the traditional quintessence of this grand home and the dedicated office spaces for those keeping an eye on work or practising their prose. With beautiful Hampstead Heath and the conveniently located Archway station nearby, plenty of hearty British pubs and quirky cafe-bars right on your doorstep, and St Pancras International and Coal Drops Yard just a ten-minute drive... away, this home boasts a very desirable location to boot. But ensure you make it back in time for sundowners on the roof terrace, complete with soft lounge chairs and chimney-top views.

About Tufnell Park
Tufnell Park has experienced a renaissance of sorts in recent years – once a nondescript area wedged between Islington and Kentish Town, a wave of independent shops and buzzy eateries has swept through the now-trendy Fortess Road. This breath of fresh air has awarded the area a newly glowing reputation, becoming popular for its affordable pubs, one-off retailers and light-filled yoga studios. The Irish-run Boston Arms is a particularly well-loved...
