Sitting on the luscious hilltops above Nice, this villa brings a little bit of trademark French Riveria glamour to a slightly more rural location. Out in the garden, it's pretty obvious where summer afternoons will be spent — out in the swimming pool surrounded by trees and loungers. Once you've been for a dip or two, there's shady seating on the covered terrace and a balcony from which you're treated to a rather lovely view of the valley. Inside, there's definitely a rustic flavour in the design, as seen with the tiled flooring and country kitchen, but there are more contemporary flourishes in the shape of mid-century-inspired furnishings and brightly coloured bathrooms. In the local area, you'll find plenty of hiking routes and scenic points, as well as a few wine bars and restaurants for well-earned refreshments. If you prefer a day out at the beach, Plage Landsberg takes half an hour to reach in the car and the seaside city of Nice just ten minutes longer than that.
