Vetted by our experts
If you're looking for somewhere that embraces slow country living yet has all the little luxuries you'll need for a getaway, this converted goat shed is sure to do the trick. Inside, vaulted ceilings sport original wooden beams, while enormous glass walls flood the space with sunlight. Books and board games line the shelves, cushy sofas are perfect for snuggling and a delightful wood burner keeps everything toasty warm on chilly evenings. We love the small but well-equipped kitchen – you'll have everything you need to rustle up dinner – and...

About Norfolk
With a coastline defined as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Norfolk Broads boasting National Park status, there’s plenty to keep nature lovers occupied in Norfolk. Great Yarmouth enjoys the best of both worlds where a long beach provides days of paddling in the shallows and wandering the promenade, ice-cream in hand. It also acts as the jumping-off point for boat trips puttering into the wildlife-filled Broads. Further...

This home is managed by Katharine
This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Katharine's family has lived in Norfolk since the 1300s, and their farm dates back just as far. Built by her ancestors to serve as a College of Priests for a nearby church, it's now home to a boutique bed and breakfast and self-catering cottage, run by Katharine and her husband, Richard. Friendly, accommodating and super knowledgeable about the area, you couldn't ask for better hosts – be sure to try Katharine's fresh-baked bread and other tasty treats.
This home is nominated for the Plum Guide Award.
