When an apartment's located on the twenty-fifth floor, you hope that the view out of the windows is worth the elevator journey. With this address found high above Midtown and South Beach, it's nothing short of fantastic — look one way and you'll see some of Miami's gleaming skyscrapers, or turn your head in the other direction for dazzling ocean. Perhaps best of all is the fact that there's a balcony, where you can fully appreciate this wonderful panorama. Once you can prise your eyes away, the interior is well worth closer inspection too, thanks to the abundance of sleek marble surfaces and modern furnishings. However, the perks don't stop there, as the communal amenities available for guests is staggering. Down at ground level, you can easily keep active in the Olympic-sized swimming pool with a neighbouring whirlpool, fully-equipped gym or on the tennis court. Alternatively, it's just as easy to chill out with a wander about the onsite marina or dining in one of the in-house restaurants. Although you could feasibly spend your whole time without leaving the building, this would be a waste considering the cultural riches that lie nearby. Both the Adrienne Arsht Center and the Pérez Art Museum can be reached in ten and twenty minutes on foot respectively. Likewise, the street art of Wynwood is close by, too.
