With fabulous, panoramic views across Biscayne Bay and the Venetian Marina, this home has a wall of windows and a long, private balcony. Perfect for sipping morning coffee, watching the yachts or just getting some fresh sea air, it spans the huge open-plan living space as well as the bedrooms – so nobody will be picking the short straw here. Inside, it's smart and super comfortable, with wood floors and stylish furnishings. The open layout means it's kept sociable and there's an excellent kitchen with all the kit you'll need and a long breakfast bar. And the bedrooms are spacious and cool, with plenty of storage and an extra sofa bed in one, perfect for a couple of kids. But while the view from this high-floor home is clearly the jewel in its crown, it's far from the only thing to get excited about here. The building has some excellent shared amenities to take full advantage of. Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, work out in the gym or even book some me-time in the spa – the choice is yours.
