This apartment has been designed with a Manhattan loft in mind, and as such is contemporary, bright and cool. Floor-to-ceiling windows show off impressive London views, and the apartment has its own winter garden – a sheltered outdoor area that opens up the living space. The neutral tones and top-of-the-range creature comforts make this an excellent base for your stay in London. It’s in a great setting with plenty do see and do, but if you need to work – or just want to relax with a glass of wine to take in the views – you have the space and peace for it. The apartment is located in Nine Elms, London’s newest riverside district, close to the US Embassy and the vibrant Battersea Power Station. Packed with bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues, this hotspot is just twelve minutes from the apartment. Battersea Park is also nearby, and The Kia Oval cricket ground is within walking distance. If there are central London sights you can’t miss, you can be in the thick of it in minutes. Tate Britain is just across the river – travelling on foot, you can be there in twenty-two minutes.

Much has changed since its humble farmland and locomotive works beginnings; in their place now stand gleaming mirrored skyscrapers and upscale private residences that dominate the horizon. One of which boasts the world’s first floating sky pool, a leg-trembling 115 feet above the ground....
