Rolling fields on your doorstep, big blue sky overhead and plenty of rural charm to go around – this modern barn is an idyllic escape in the Kent countryside. We're smitten with the expansive living area – vaulted ceilings, oak beams and a crackling log burner perfectly set the scene for a rustic getaway. Sunbeams flood through the two-storey windows, bathing every nook and cranny with light – just imagine curling up with a book on the leather armchairs as the dappled rays kiss your face. A game room with table football and ping-pong will keep kids entertained, while the kitchen is a joy to cook in – share your meal around the dining table, sipping wine and chatting well into the evenings. Better yet, organise a private chef to do all the cooking for you. On summer days, take your relaxing out into the garden and admire the absolutely incredible landscape. The terrace calls for alfresco breakfasts and sunset cocktails, followed by dips in the private hot tub as the stars slowly appear overhead. Ramblers and cyclists will adore this location – between the hills dotted with church spires and castle turrets and the Saxon Shore Way, you'll have plenty... of options for a wander. Why not stroll over to the village's 14th-century pub for a pint? Or, when the weather's right, drive fifteen minutes to Camber Sands and enjoy a swim in the sea.

Host
This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
