Tucked away on a private ten-acre estate in a picturesque corner of South Devon, this cottage offers you a chance to escape the frenetic pace of everyday life and enjoy the simple things. Inside, the home offers open living space on the first floor, with seating, dining and kitchen – all sat beneath a vaulted ceiling. A woodburning stove makes for cosy nights in, while the windows overlooking the garden and lake provide a picturesque vista. On the ground floor are the two en-suite bedrooms – one king-size double and one twin – which make the cottage a perfect home from home for a family of four. And if you're part of a larger group, there are three further cottages on the site. A private terrace makes for an idyllic spot for an afternoon cuppa or evening drinks outside. Those with children will be pleased to learn that the patio leads straight out onto a dedicated children's play area complete with swings, slide, climbing frame and wooden wendy house. Additional on-site facilities include a fantastic indoor swimming pool, a games room, a short tennis court, pizza oven, basketball net and table tennis table. Set a twenty-minute drive away from the expansive sandy beach...
