Tucked away on the most exclusive cul-de-sac street in the hillside neighbourhood of Los Feliz, this spectacular home makes use of plenty of natural materials to create a warm and a welcoming home from home. On the ground floor, an open floor plan and retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow for the entire side of the home to simply vanish, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience that makes the already generous floor plan seem even larger. Within the space, there's a comfortable seating area, an elegant granite kitchen, and a stylish dining area that makes the whole area perfect for socialising without being right on top of one another. Step out into the lavish back garden for sunbathing sessions by the pool, followed by a soak in the spa and alfresco dinners that carry on well into the evening. Alternatively, head up to the rooftop for verdant vistas over the neighbourhood. The first floor is home to a stunning main bedroom with a luxurious bathroom, plus two further en-suite bedrooms. Meanwhile, for the social butterflies among you, the rooftop deck – with 360-degree panoramas and a fire pit – is an ideal space to entertain. If you're feeling active, the home is just steps... from challenging hiking trails that lead straight to the Griffith Observatory. And after a hike through the hills, there's nowhere better to refuel than at one of the food trucks in the pedestrian-friendly downtown area, surrounded by the neighbourhood's creative energy.
