Situated in one of Portsmouth's most popular areas, Southsea – this stylish home has a fantastic location. With its funfair rides, South Parade Pier is a five-minute ride or twenty-five-minute walk. Or, Southsea Castle, built by Henry VIII, with its cannons and views across the Solent, is a seven-minute drive (thirty minutes on foot). It's around the same distance to Eastney Beach, Lock Lake and Milton Common, while Portsmouth is nine minutes in the car. Back home, relax on the comfy, blue chaise sofa with a glass of wine. We love the many beach and nautical prints dotted around. Later, whip up a seafood feast in the modern kitchen and enjoy it at the large table in the dining room or in the sheltered garden on warm evenings.
