Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Where do we even begin with a place like this? Vast, impressive and genuinely surprising, it's a bit of a curveball if you're looking for a large home in the city centre. Hidden away behind the facade of a typical period building, this place has had a dramatic industrial facelift. And nowhere is it more evident than inside its enormous double-height living space – where stone floors mix with huge glazed walls and leather sofas sit beside metal staircases. A sociable space, with everything you need in this main room, it's easy to spill outside into the courtyard from here for drinks under the tree. A real rarity in the city, this pretty garden is a green retreat from the busy streets outside. Spacious bedrooms all come with their own facilities and as you explore you'll spot some quirky architectural features – ancient stone steps leading to nowhere in one of the shower rooms, arched ceilings and enclosed balconies. There's even a sort of metal viewing platform suspended above the living room. And another surprising fact – this home is actually two, thanks to an interconnecting apartment. With its own living area, kitchen and room for up to four guests, you can access it through the entrance hall. It's perfect if some of your group prefer a little more independence. Just steps away from La Rambla, here you're in one of the best locations in the city, with shops, restaurants and buzzing bars all within a short stroll.
