Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Home to stately buildings, tree-lined streets and some of the best shopping and dining in Madrid, swanky Salamanca is a pretty impressive neighbourhood to call home. Museums, metro stops, galleries and the gorgeous Parque de El Retiro are all within easy reach of this modern apartment, which is smack dab in the heart of this lively area. Inside, this contemporary pad has everything you need to make yourself at home after a day filled with shopping and sightseeing in the Spanish sun. Kick back on the cosy sectional sofa with a glass of Cava and rest weary legs, or head straight to the stylish bedroom for some well-deserved shut-eye. Although it's small, the innovative design makes the most of the space – a small desk is tucked into the bookshelf, built-in appliances in the kitchen keep everything sleek and tidy and the coffee table can become a four-seater dining table if needed. Every room is filled with light and features vibrant artwork, white-washed walls and minimal decor – we think it's the perfect blend of comfort and style.

About Salamanca

Salamanca is Madrid’s most glamorous and prestigious quarter. Usually associated with aristocratic façades, wide avenues, and luxurious living (atypical for Madrid’s cosy centre), the neighbourhood attracts domestic and international elite. It’s also home to many embassies and private schools, as well as niche museums and designer boutiques along its ‘Golden Mile’. The demanding clientele has made the food scene equally exclusive, but while you’re likely to find quite a few Michelin-star restaurants in the area, there are lots of relaxed tapas bars for those less willing to splash the cash.
