A perfect home for a large group celebrating something special, this luxurious place is spacious and stylish. With on-trend slate greys and bright whites, both inside and out, it's a sleek, contemporary space with all sorts of treats and surprises. Set out in the rolling Devon countryside, just a ten-minute drive from Exeter, you'll have fabulous views for miles around – and there's even a roof terrace so you can really make the most of them. Made up of the main house and a smaller, single-storey annexe, this place takes some beating if you're looking for entertainment options. Along with exceptional social spaces, with huge windows and bi-fold doors, there's a snug, cinema room with squashy seating, a full Sky package, a games console, a pool table and even a superb home gym. With none of the day-to-day stresses, the whole group can just relax and have fun together. And the outside space is just as impressive, with huge patios and decks for sunbathing and summer drinks. Relax in the covered hot tub or the swim spa, and watch a film under the stars thanks to an outdoor TV and sound system. Alfresco meals can be cooked in one of the home's... two well-equipped kitchens, or outside on the barbecue and pizza oven.
