Tucked away amidst a bountiful garden filled with wildflowers and an orchard growing oranges, limes, pears, tangerines, grapes, nectarines and figs – wake up to a Mediterranean dream come true amidst the freshly fragranced air of the fresh flora and fauna that surrounds you. With plenty of different areas to switch off and relax, this villa offers a tranquil space to reconnect with nature in its serene Mallorcan setting. Located within a spanning plot of land on a beautiful hillside, you'll be just a ten-minute drive away from the town of Manacor and only twenty minutes from the Bay of Alcudia as well as an abundance of picturesque hiking trails around Arta. Inside, terracotta tiles and exposed stone walls add to the Mallorcan charm and farmhouse feel of the villa, while contemporary furnishings and minimal designs create a soothing space that makes relaxing here oh so easy. Lounge around the private pool on sunny afternoons, or if you're feeling more active why not try your hand at a game of ping pong or bocce ball? There is a separate lawn to the rear of the villa, that is also perfect for garden games and sports practice. As the day draws to a close, there is no better place to chill out with a glass of Spanish wine in hand than up on the rooftop terrace boasting sublime views over the northeast of Mallorca to the Tramuntana. Catch the sunset before the twinkling night sky falls asleep to the whispers of the sheep and donkeys in the fields nearby.
