Overlooking the Bruntsfield Links and just a five-minute stroll from the Meadows, this home provides a tranquil base for exploring Edinburgh. You'll find it nestled in Marchmont, an affluent residential district where cobbled streets bear a delightful array of Scots Baronial architecture and Victorian flats. Here, you're surrounded by trendy cafes and eateries, while the city centre is just twenty minutes away on public transport. Inside, stylish decor and contemporary amenities promise comfort and sophistication. We especially love the lounge, with its high ceilings, majestic fireplace and large garden-facing bay windows, promising privacy. Spend mornings roosted at the round table or perched in the lush garden, sipping coffees before heading out for a morning stroll. Jog the tree-lined paths of the Meadows or enjoy a game of tennis at the local courts. The kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing breakfast, though if you fancy tasting the local cuisine, we recommend The Birchwood for brunch – nine minutes away on foot.
