A home for all seasons, this imposing four-bedroom base is set up to welcome families and groups of friends to this off-the-beaten-track corner of the Welsh coast, sandwiched between the untamed Irish Sea and the soaring peaks of Snowdonia National Park. Enjoying an elevated position in lower Llanbedrog village, the outdoor decking and the rooms on the front of the house, particularly the top-floor bedroom, offer spectacular views across Cardigan Bay, back towards Wales' west coast. Generously proportioned separate rooms ensure plenty of space for everyone to come together, while a tranquil retreat is only over a closed door away. An inviting lounge tempts you in with comfortable sofas and a wood-burning stove, while a combined kitchen-diner is ideal for group meals. A set of French doors provide access to the tiered outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy ocean views with Welsh cakes and a cuppa. If you're lucky enough to secure a spot in one of the front bedrooms, that extra elevation only improves the panorama. Step out to explore the area, and you'll find the sandy stretch of Llanbedrog Beach, a ten-minute walk away. Elsewhere, the picturesque fishing village of Aberdaron, the Land's End of Wales, is 11 miles away. In... between, you'll find plenty of coastal walks, unspoiled coastline and the odd traditional tavern to pique your interest.
