Travel down the tree-lined private lane, and you'll find this idyllic barn. We love the first-floor open plan living space with its lofty ceilings, exposed wooden beams, brickwork, and views across the Norfolk landscape. There's a beautiful log burner to warm yourself up if the weather turns cold. Large glass windows allow light to flood in, and there's a well-stocked bookcase and games to keep you occupied. When it's warm, there's a large garden with a verdant lawn – fire up the barbecue and grill some local produce for lunch. Or head over to Sculthorpe, where you'll find a beautiful country pub, which was formerly a watermill, a two-minute drive or under a fifteen-minute walk. Other attractions nearby include the town of Fakenham with its range of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, as well as Fakenham Racecourse, around 3 miles away. The traditional Georgian market town of Holt is just over twenty minutes by car, while Wells-Next-The-Sea, is fifteen minutes.
