There's more than a touch of Saharan style about this super cool place in Salamanca. Set in an upmarket neighbourhood, it's the perfect choice for a longer stay, with plenty of space for up to six. A subtle colour scheme of creams, coffees and terracotta makes for a cool, calm feel and there's a tactile mix of natural materials like linen, hessian and bamboo. We particularly love the huge, L-shaped sofa and the stylish dining table here, and there's a handy choice of workspaces, with desks in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Much more than just a base for a whistlestop tour of the city, there's a well kitted-out kitchen for proper home cooking, lots of storage and three big, comfy bedrooms. A glass pocket door even conceals a rare luxury for a city apartment – a laundry room. Just a few steps from the nearest Metro station, it's easy to get around the city from here, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to beautiful Retiro Park.

About Salamanca
Salamanca is Madrid’s most glamorous and prestigious quarter. Usually associated with aristocratic façades, wide avenues, and luxurious living (atypical for Madrid’s cosy centre), the neighbourhood attracts domestic and international elite. It’s also home to many embassies and private schools, as well as niche museums and designer boutiques along its ‘Golden Mile’.
