Nestled amid lush countryside and with mesmerising views, this enchanting home is one you’ll long to return to time and again. From your first glimpse at the whitewashed stone facade, cloaked in vibrant bougainvillea, you’ll fall in love. In the morning, open the curtains to the magnificent view of Cala di Volpe bay and the mountains in the distance. Slip out onto the balcony to drink in the vista and enjoy the tranquillity among the fragrant blooms. When in sunny climes, we always like to start our day with a swim, and the pool here is ever so inviting. Dive into the refreshing pool and swim a few laps as you take in the countryside that surrounds the villa. It’s so peaceful here that it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of Abbiadori, yet you’re right at the heart of the town. A one-minute stroll will see you discovering the small town’s attractive eateries and shops. Porto Rotondo’s beautiful marina is a twenty-four-minute drive away, and well worth the journey. Sip cocktails at a bar overlooking the marina to take in the stunning scenery, or perhaps visit one of the gorgeous beaches. For a day at the beach closer to home, we like Spiaggia dell’Elefante. Build sandcastles with the little ones, give snorkelling a go, or simply paddle in the calm water. After a day out exploring, return to the villa to dine together on the veranda. As you feast on local delicacies, the sun will start to dip in the sky, making the view even more magical.
