With stunning sea views and an enviable location in the attractive hamlet of St Marychurch, this holiday home has everything going for it. Just a nine-minute drive from Torquay, and mere minutes from the beach, this beautiful home is a wonderful base from which to explore this part of Devon. You might want to start your day on the balcony, sipping coffee and admiring the sweeping views of the sea. After a hearty breakfast in the sun-drenched dining room – the perfect setting for celebrations – head off with your bucket and spade. Oddicombe and Babbacombe beaches are five and six minutes away by car, so you’ve plenty of choice. Rent kayaks or paddleboards to admire the coast from a new perspective, or settle down on the beach with fish and chips. Keen hikers will be pleased to learn that the house has direct access to the South West Coast Path. There’s a whole host of walks so you’re sure to find something to suit the group, with glorious views of the English Riviera ready to be devoured. If you’re more of an ambler than a rambler, you might prefer to pop into Torquay instead. Settle into a cosy corner of a cafe with a cream tea before exploring the shops. Back at the house, you can look forward to making happy holiday memories. The outside space is wonderful, with garden games and a trampoline, as well as a fire pit to sit around when the sun starts to set. Head inside after dark and set up in the cinema room for a family screening.
