Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Surrounded by museums, markets and neoclassical architecture along the adjacent Via Laietana, this apartment's central location puts you right in the middle of one of Barcelona's most exciting neighbourhoods. While in other cities, this excellent position might mean a trade-off with the quality of the home, that's certainly not the case here. Retaining the high wooden-beamed ceilings and sections of exposed stonework from the original building, the recently renovated interior is serenely stylish, with chic furnishings, subtle lighting and a minimalist kitchen to boot. As well as a pair of French doors leading to a Juliet balcony in the living room, the building also benefits from a communal roof terrace so you can soak up some sunshine during the summer months. If you'd prefer a larger green space, Ciutadella Park takes just over seven minutes to reach on foot. Somorrostro Beach is only a twenty-two-minute walk away, as well.

Home to some of the city’s most popular restaurants, bars, and quirky shops that stay open till late, the vibrant area is popular among young travellers and party-goers seeking the best Barcelona has to offer.

This arch was built as the main access point during the 1888 Barcelona World Fair and has remained a popular tourist attraction ever since.

Go for vermut and tapas at Bormuth
With a great atmosphere and a great selection of tapas, Bormuth is a great place to go for a drink and snack.

Enjoy Traditional Tapas at El Xampanyet
