You’ll be living your best Brighton beach life at this good-looking apartment, perched just a pebbles throw from the shore (at the bottom of the hill, to be exact) and with a balcony to soak up all the seaside action. Housed in a regency building of high and mighty proportions, this newly refurbished, high-spec home delivers all the luxury vibes you’re chasing. There’s the double-height ceilings and sash windows bringing all the opulence and a butler service should you need it. The devil really is in the detail here – think honesty hamper stocked with drinks and nibbles, fluffy dressing gowns at the ready, and coffee pods for that obligatory morning brew on the balcony. When it’s time to get out and amongst it, take your pick from Brighton with its buzzing North Laines and kiss-me-quick pier (both a twenty-minute stroll) and gentrified Hove with its cafés for brunch and happening pubs right on your doorstep.
