Why not begin your mornings here with a lazy breakfast on the decking as you take in the incredible views towards the Dart River Valley and Dartmoor? While the children can let off steam in the private garden. Explore the interesting independent boutiques, art and bookshops on Totnes High Street or go on an adventure in nature and head to Dartmoor National Park – a sixteen-minute drive away. Or, if beach days are what you are looking for, Goodrington Sands can be reached in just seventeen minutes by car. In the afternoon, we would love to spend some relaxing hours in the home’s sun room, gazing out at the amazing panorama, or enjoying a Devonshire cream tea alfresco. Then, if the typical British rain begins, why not have story time in the home’s sun room, with the children reclining on the tatami mats? Plus, on colder evenings, this home still has you covered.
