The designers have cleverly made use of those high ceilings with a mezzanine level, where you'll find the super-sleek bedroom. While back downstairs, you'll be surprised how well-equipped the compact kitchen is, with a breakfast bar space to savour freshly brewed coffees as you hatch plans for the day ahead. And when it's time to delve into this city's historic streets, you won't have far to go. Fontana del Nettuni and the main square, Piazza Maggiore, are just an eight-minute walk away and a smidge further, the city's leaning towers (ten minutes on foot). Then dive into one of the countless trattorias close by for plates of the city's beloved ragù, tortellini, and mortadella (all the gastro greats hail from here).
