Bright, chicly dressed and boasting views of the Eiffel Tower, this apartment tucked away in Paris’ residential 15th arrondissement gives you easy access to the area’s many eclectic markets and sprawling parks, as well as countless historic landmarks. Bathed in light and curated with an expert eye for design, the living area is a stylish space that beckons sociable evenings on the cerulean sofa with a glass of wine. The bright dining room, meanwhile, is where you’ll want to start mornings over fresh coffee and croissants while browsing the books on the shelves or gather for intimate soirées catered by a private chef when you’re not out sampling the local food scene. Factor in the pared-back courtyard-facing bedroom – with ample storage space – that ensures a restful night’s sleep in its comfortable bed, and you’ve got everything you need for a relaxing stay in the City of Light. When it comes to sightseeing, take an afternoon stroll along the banks of the Seine (a twenty-minute walk) or visit the city’s emblematic Eiffel Tower, just under a thirty-minute walk away. You’re also a thirty-minute stroll from Les Invalides, Montparnasse Tower and the Musée Rodin, while Parc André Citroën is twenty-five minutes away on foot.

Local guide
About Montparnasse & Catacombs
This part of town is mostly residential but works well as a base for exploring the charms of the nearby 6th and the 7th arrondissements. It was famously home to a community of prominent twentieth-century artists and intellectuals - Simone de Beauvoir, Jean-Paul Sartre, Max Ernst and Pablo Picasso to name a few. Parc Montsouris is one of the city's most colourful public spaces and well worth seeking out. Be sure to check out the Roman Catacombs too if you're of the morbid disposition - stacks of skulls and bones await you!
