Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Whether you're visiting during the summer months or planning a winter getaway, this home is equally fabulous all year round. Located on Zealand, Denmark's largest island, it's a brilliant spot just an hour away from the hustle and bustle of Copenhagen. With high ceilings and huge windows, there's plenty of space and natural light to be found inside the house. You can admire the views from the breakfast bar as you sip your morning coffee, then enjoy some peace and quiet with your book in the reading nook. When the weather is warm, head outside to soak up the sun on the deck while the kids run wild on the grassy lawn. And, come evening, the whole group can gather for a barbequed feast fresh off the grill – delicious. You can see the Baltic sea from the house, and a quick wander to the bottom of the garden will bring you to the local coastal path. Follow it for fifteen minutes, and you'll arrive at Strøby Ladeplads Strand where you can explore the shoreline. The local golf course is a twenty-minute car ride away, where you can practice your swing. And, with Gjorslev and Vallø Castles both within a fifteen-minute drive, there's plenty to appeal to culture vultures too.
