Delightfully peaceful and just a fifteen-minute stroll from the beach, this home is the epitome of coastal calm. It sits on the gloriously green outskirts of Marielyst, only seven minutes from the bustling town centre by car. Boasting a beautifully equipped interior, a spacious garden and plenty of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, a large whirlpool and a sauna, it provides an idyllic base for families and large groups. We love this home's minimalist design aesthetic. In true Scandi style, the interior is uncluttered and functional, striking the perfect balance between stylish and cosy. We especially love the open-plan living spaces, where high vaulted ceilings, timber cladding and heaps of natural light create a free-flowing canvas primed for relaxation. It's a lovely space for entertaining, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining table. Between adventures, enjoy endless rounds of pool and table tennis in the games room, prepare homemade cocktails at the built-in bar and snuggle up beside the warm glow of the wood-burning stove after a swim in the sea.
