This home is just two blocks from Abbott Kinney and six from Venice Beach – how’s that for location? From here, you can enjoy Venice Beach’s famed restaurants, boutiques and golden sands within moments of leaving your front door. This mid-century-style bungalow has everything you’d wish from a Venice retreat – a private garden, a grill, an outdoor lounge and a bright boho interior to unwind in. The third bedroom may be a little tight and the day bed is in a communal space, but they’re great options if you’re visiting with little ones. And while there’s free street parking, keep street cleaning in mind.

Home truths
At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the day bed in the living room. The third bedroom is particularly small, so there's no storage in here.
This home has ring security cameras around the exterior of the house and flood lights.
Guests will have access to all areas of the home except the back garage and side barn.
While there's a second guest house, it's separated by a fence. Please be mindful of your neighbours and respect quiet hours after 10pm.
Your host may be able to provide a cot and high chair ypon request.
LA is one of those locations that require a car. There's ample street parking plus a parking spot in the back. Please read street signs carefully. Street cleaning takes place on Wednesdays between 9am-11am.

She has truly come to enjoy buying places to fix them up and share with others. She has found that it allows her the flexibility to travel more and have more freedom in her life. She loves filling her rentals with art by her artist husband or other local artists.
