• Parties aren't allowed inside the manor house, but are allowed inside the yurt – your host can organise yurt hire for an additional fee of £300 per stay

• Weddings and other special events are allowed with prior approval from your host – an additional fee will apply

• For groups of more than sixteen (the entire property across the manor and cottages can sleep up to 48 guests), you'll need to pay an extra £80 per guest per night
