This charming Hamptons home is a great place for a family holiday or a large group of friends. The open floor plan, multiple living areas and formal dining room lend themselves perfectly to entertaining, while the fully-equipped kitchen, with a commercial-grade stove, is a chef's dream. Make the most of those sunny days in the well-kept garden, which boasts a pergola-covered deck, a fire pit, as well as a private pool. Take an exploratory bike tour down to nearby Cryder beach, while stopping off for a bite to eat in Southampton on the way back.

This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift. There are four steps leading up to the front door here.

There’s an additional bunk bed here. While the home can sleep up to sixteen people, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.
The swimming pool is only available for use between 30th May and 5th September. The pool isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
