Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
In the heart of the exciting Chueca neighbourhood, this attic apartment is smart and sophisticated. Set over two floors and painted white from top to toe, it's a wonderful combination of period features and modern, minimalist styling. The open layout keeps everything sociable in the living space, with a cosy seating area, dining table and a perfectly practical kitchen – all beneath the whitewashed wooden ceiling. Stairs lead up to two pretty bedrooms with skylights and a super stylish bathroom. We particularly love the sudden vibrant colours added by the dramatic wallpaper in the separate toilet. With bars and restaurants practically on your doorstep and plenty of big attractions within walking distance, it's a great location – plus the Metro is just a three-minute walk away for easy access to the rest of the city.
