Hop in the car and head to the seaside town of Rabac, home to a charming fishing port and a number of traditional restaurants. The neighbouring Plaža Girandella is the perfect spot to dip your toes into Croatia's famously turquoise waters. Spend the day laying horizontal on the white sand beach then head back home for an aperitif on the balcony.
