Just ten minutes from the picturesque village of Mondolfo –officially recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy – this captivating villa offers you a chance to experience the best of the picturesque province of Pesaro e Urbino. With its long seaside with sand and stone beaches, ancient towns, and gently sloping hills that lead up into the rugged mountain peaks of the interior, this is Italy in microcosm. Inside, this ground-floor apartment offers everything you and your family could need for a comfortable stay. However, life in Le Marche is best enjoyed outside. You'll find plenty to tempt you into the beautiful gardens, including far-reaching views over the countryside and an inviting shared pool. Away from home, there are plenty of excellent wineries where you're more than welcome to drop in for a tasting. At the same time, the seaside town of Marotta offers family-friendly access to the azure waters of the Adriatic, a little over 8km away. Here, you can easily while away your days sprawled out on miles of golden sand, before eating your fill of sumptuous seafood. Elsewhere, the cities of Fano and Senigallia offer plenty for culture vultures and history enthusiasts, twenty minutes' drive away in opposite directions.
