This home in the Marche region of Italy has quite the colour palette. Surrounded by rolling green fields, the bright yellow villa sits next to an inviting blue swimming pool and equally azure skies — well, we can't guarantee that last one, but it's not unheard of in this temperate part of the country. Inside, there's a rustic flavour to the home, as seen with the exposed stone walls, wooden ceiling beams and terracotta tiling underfoot. By contrast, the monochrome kitchen is a lot more contemporary, as are the well-equipped home gym and sauna. In addition to the pool, there are additional perks outside. Under the shade of the verandah, there's plenty of seating and a barbecue, as well as tables for ping-pong and foosball to keep the troops entertained. Bicycles are also available to borrow if you want to explore the local area on two wheels, but there are some sights well worth visiting that will require a car — the seaside town of Pesaro is a fifty-minute drive, for instance.
