Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Taking up part of a handsome stone farmhouse in rural Tuscany, this home is a characterful mix of period features and contemporary touches. Inside, the wooden ceiling beams and exposed stonework provide some rustic charm, but it's plain to see that the smart kitchen and bathroom are both modern additions. Although the apartment in and of itself is pleasant enough, there are a wealth of communal amenities outside that make the address even more of a top choice. The large shared swimming pool with great views of the verdant countryside is sure to be appreciated on summer days, as is the alfresco seating underneath the pergola and the garden. There's even children's play equipment to keep youngsters entertained. The surrounding area will suit those who prefer peace and quiet, as well as beautiful swathes of nature — the home sits just outside the Regional Natural Park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello. The town of Mercatello sul Metauro lies 4.5 kilometres away when you're in need of restaurants and shops.

You might recognize Arezzo's central city square, which provided the backdrop for Roberto Benigni’s Life Is Beautiful. The city is also known for its enormous antiques fair, which...
