Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Just because Tuscany is one of the most beautiful places on earth, it doesn't necessarily follow that you should be happy to stay in any old place — especially not when you can take up residence in a rustic gem such as this. Situated in the countryside outside Lucignano, this yellow home overflows with charm. Inside, you'll spot traditional features, such as the exposed stone walls and period fireplace, but much of the interior is respectfully contemporary in style, particularly the bright living room and sleek bathrooms. Of course, the region's famously agreeable climate means that you'll probably want to spend as much time outside as possible and that's easy to do at the address. Out in the garden, you can pass careless hours gliding through the swimming pool, soaking up some sunshine on one of the loungers or dining under the verandah. There are even more distractions awaiting to be discovered nearby, too. The medieval walled town of Lucignano takes less than five minutes to reach in the car, while the hilltop city of Arezzo is a half-hour drive. Lake Trasimeno is a similar distance away, too.
